Select Business And Trading – FZCO was founded from a sense of pride in our Colombian roots and a strong drive for excellence. As Colombians living in Dubai, we recognized a golden opportunity: to connect Colombia’s agricultural wealth with the growing demand for fresh, high-quality produce in the UAE.

Colombia is a fertile land with unparalleled biodiversity and year-round growing conditions—especially for Hass avocados, one of the world’s most prized fruits. With no seasonal interruptions and consistently high standards, we saw in this fruit a unique opportunity to position Colombia at the forefront of premium global markets.

Select Business And Trading – FZCO is engaged in the marketing, export, and import of fresh fruits and vegetables—mainly of Colombian origin—under strict quality standards and in compliance with applicable local and international regulations.

  • Orders must be placed in writing via authorized official channels. 
  • All orders are subject to product availability, logistics, and validation by Select Business And Trading – FZCO. 
  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information for order processing. 

Prices will be confirmed in writing and may include (or exclude) transportation, insurance, and taxes as agreed (applicable Incoterms).

  • We guarantee a secure logistics system with controlled atmosphere transportation and an unbroken cold chain. 
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics, customs processes, or force majeure.
  • Product risk transfers based on the Incoterm agreed with the client.
  • All products are inspected before shipment to meet agreed quality standards.
  • Clients must inspect goods upon delivery and submit any claims in writing within 24 hours.
  • Perishable goods returns will not be accepted without prior agreement and documented justification.

  • All visual, textual, and brand content—including logos, trade names, designs, texts, and promotional materials—is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any technical, commercial, or strategic information shared during the business relationship.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website, and complies with current data protection laws in Colombia, the UAE, and relevant international standards.

Select Business And Trading – FZCO shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, commercial losses, or delays resulting from external causes such as weather, third-party logistics failures, or force majeure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In case of disputes, the parties agree to submit to the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to specific contract clauses.
